A paint program for humans and AI. It runs in your web browser, on your own machine. It does not communicate with anything outside. The name comes from phosphorescence.

Shiori
A diff tool that checks two texts in six layers — visible differences (word-level, movement detection), invisible differences (look-alike characters from other scripts), differences in claims (six categories), numbers that changed while their evidence did not, trajectories across versions, and a structured report for AI readers. Named after the Japanese word for a bookmark — originally a branch folded to mark a mountain path. A single file, no external dependencies, nothing sent anywhere. It runs alongside diff-v1 as its possible successor. The tool itself is in Japanese.

Hanshita
A page composer that runs in the browser. Edit text in place, insert headings, tables, callout boxes, quotations and rules, change the size, typeface and colour of text, and save the result as plain HTML — the kind of page you would hand to a printer as camera-ready copy (hanshita). It can also open an .mhtml file and turn it into HTML. Nothing is sent anywhere. The tool itself is in Japanese.

Shuhitsu 2
A PDF editor that runs entirely in the browser: merge, split and reorder pages, annotate (with L-shaped callouts), redact text and pixels, run OCR (English, Japanese, Chinese bundled), fill forms, fix the pictures inside a page, and zoom in on details. The interface has English and Japanese built in — press “English” at the top right. Nothing is sent anywhere; the OCR engine and its training data are inside the folder (about 75MB).

Layout
A GDSII viewer and light editor. It reads .gds files and layer definitions (.lyp / CSV), expands the hierarchy, and lets you pan and zoom; you can draw rectangles, polygons, paths and text, then select, move, delete or relayer them, and write out GDSII, a Markdown summary for AI readers, or a PNG. A single HTML file, no external dependencies, nothing sent anywhere. LVL / DRC / LVS are designed to be added later as extensions (ext-*.js). The sky130 standard cell and layer definitions (Apache-2.0) are bundled as test data. The tool itself is in Japanese.

Tsūji
Translates a PDF between English and Japanese. It uses only the translation built into Chrome (the model runs on your own machine); the page sends nothing anywhere. Save the result as a bilingual PDF (original and translated pages alternating), a translated-only PDF, or Markdown. Needs Chrome 138 or later (the first run has Chrome fetch its translation model). The quality is that of Chrome's on-device translation — technical terms can be mistranslated, so read the bilingual output against the original. Vertical text, formulas, text inside figures and scanned PDFs without a text layer are not handled. The interface has English and Japanese built in.
